Clinics and Workshops

In preparation for the season TMSA will hold several clinics:

Umpire Clinics

April 23rd 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Cassie Hall Upper Field. Clinic is free but pre-registration is required.

Umpiring is open to anyone born in 2011 or later. We need umpires for all levels of softball this season. Umpires are paid $30 per game. There are online and in-person sessions and both must be completed by new and returning umpires.

Umpires will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the clinics. Email your receipt and proof of completion to Nancy.

While the preference is for the online clinic to be done prior to the in-person session, it can be completed any time before the season starts in May.

Pitching Clinics:

U15 Pitching Clinic - April 25th and April 27th 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Space is limited. Preregistration required www.terraceminorsoftball.com and select REGISTER and CLINICS

Introduction to Coaching Clinic

Our Coaching Clinic will take place April 29th 2:30 - 4:30 pm at the Northwest Trades and Employment Trading Centre. Register through our website. All coaches will need an NCCP number. Register with COACH LOCKER to get your NCCP Number. Coaches are also strongly encouraged to complete the Foundations of Coaching Modules. Coaches will be re-imbursed for these clinics.

Hitting Clinics:

We were very excited to have Joni Frei, from Softball BC, come to host this clinic. Joni has coached all over the world at the National and Collegiate level, and is extremely knowledgeable. Watch here for more updates and any future clinics.
